I just wanted to thank you Rob for helping me identify the problem (that had nothing to do with changes that were made by Just Search). It is outstanding customer service! Like I mentioned to Amy over the phone a few weeks ago, Just Search have a unique culture where by everyone is always willing to help and offer advice in any way possible.
